Position Summary: The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transport of vessel crew members between our Paducah, KY office and their assigned vessels—located anywhere from St. Paul, MN to New Orleans, LA. Trip durations typically range from

10 to 20+ hours , depending on vessel location.

Principal Responsibilities: Safely transport crew members from the Paducah office and assigned vessels. Pick up crew members from vessels and return them to the office. Load and deliver groceries and supplies to vessels as required. Perform pre-trip vehicle safety inspections. Lead safety briefings covering travel policies and procedures. Assist with additional driving and delivery assignments as needed. Maintain vehicles through routine services such as oil changes, cleaning, and tire rotations. Long haul travel trips (20+ hours) with a co-driver, twice per week. Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record. Successful completion of DOT Motor Vehicle Records check and drug screening. Strong navigation skills with the ability to plan efficient routes. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with passengers. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work independently. Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and safety inspections. Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading supplies when needed.
