Meet Our Team Join Graphite GTC’s Mainframe Modernization team, where we lead enterprise transformation initiatives that transition mission-critical workloads from legacy mainframe systems to secure, scalable, cloud-native architectures. We combine deep technical expertise in mainframe environments with strategic vision to deliver exceptional value through innovative modernization strategies, advanced AI integration, and no-code development capabilities.
Picture Yourself at Graphite You’ll be at the forefront of mainframe modernization, helping organizations leverage Graphite’s proprietary Transformation Accelerator, Graphite Studio, and leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to accelerate digital transformation. As a key technical leader, you’ll shape modernization strategy, architect solutions, and guide clients in unlocking the full potential of their mainframe workloads in modern cloud ecosystems.
What You’ll Do at Graphite Advise clients on modernization approaches, including migration strategies, platform selection, integration planning, and process optimization to ensure alignment with business objectives. Lead modernization strategies that migrate and re-architect mainframe workloads into secure, high-performance, cloud-native environments. Serve as the primary technical authority for mainframe transformation initiatives, guiding architecture, design, and delivery strategies. Design and implement proof-of-concept solutions that showcase the value of Graphite’s platform in modernizing mainframe workloads. Collaborate with cloud partners, enterprise clients, and internal Graphite teams to deliver measurable modernization outcomes. Influence modernization roadmaps, recommending new features, optimizations, and best practices for large-scale mainframe transformation.
Who You Are A strategic technical leader with deep expertise in mainframe environments, large-scale migrations, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). A skilled architect who can translate complex mainframe business requirements into secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions. A collaborative partner who can align technical execution with business priorities across diverse stakeholder groups. An effective communicator who can present modernization strategies to both technical teams and executive leadership. A creative problem-solver with a track record of delivering innovative modernization solutions. A continuous learner who stays current with emerging technologies, modernization methodologies, and industry trends.
What You’ve Accomplished 10+ years of experience migrating and modernizing mainframe systems into cloud-native platforms. Designed and implemented modernization frameworks that delivered measurable business value. Provided technical leadership that influenced enterprise modernization strategies and technology adoption. Developed thought leadership content or industry contributions on mainframe transformation best practices. Built strategic partnerships that accelerated enterprise modernization initiatives.
