Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in bookkeeping to oversee administrative operations and manage the day-to-day business functions for three affiliated companies. This role is ideal for a confident, organized, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking charge. This is a full-time, on site position.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and support office staff to ensure smooth daily operations Manage all bookkeeping functions for multiple businesses using QuickBooks Online Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll Maintain organized and accurate financial records for reporting and compliance purposes Oversee office scheduling, workflow, and administrative processes Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and clients Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Provide executive-level administrative support to ownership as needed
Qualifications: Proven experience managing office operations and supervising staff Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks Online Ability to handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting tasks Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently Confident communicator with a professional and approachable demeanor Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
