This is a national leader in powder coating systems, equipment, and supplies and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a CAD Technician who’s ready to take designs beyond the screen and into the real world. Here, you’ll create 2D/3D models for powder coating booths, ovens and custom industrial finishing equipment. Your designs move from your CAD file to our shop floor, then into the hands of customers who build, create and finish with precision.

What You’ll Do Create and revise accurate, detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for manufacturing projects using SolidWorks. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and production teams to turn customer concepts into real-world products. Maintain organized technical files and project documentation. Update and refine layouts to support the production process.
Qualifications CAD drafting/design experience (manufacturing or industrial equipment preferred). Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Preferred Experience with sheet metal design, industrial finishing, or fabrication. Knowledge of mechanical assemblies and manufacturing processes. A technical degree or drafting certification. Advanced training or experience with SolidWorks. Experience with configurations and design tables in SolidWorks. Benefits Competitive pay with benefits. Paid time off and paid holidays. This is a W2 position.
