Job Description: Our client is hiring a Customer Service & Data Entry Rep to support investor onboarding efforts for a growing organization. This is a vital, detail-focused role responsible for reviewing investor documentation, tracking onboarding progress, and supporting internal compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Review and process investor documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Communicate with internal teams and external clients to gather missing or incomplete information Track progress using CRM systems and assist with internal reporting Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or documentation gaps Provide general administrative support, including front desk coverage as needed
Qualifications: High School Diploma required 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or document management systems is a plus Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Experience in financial services or investment-related industries is preferred, but not required
