Warehouse Shipper/Receiver Supervisor

Full-Time | $25-$30/hour | Clifton Park, NY
We’re looking for someone with
beverage OR manufacturing experience
to oversee all shipping and receiving in our warehouse. You’ll make sure products go out on time, come in correctly, and are stored where they belong. This is a hands-on role that involves working with trucks, inventory systems, and warehouse equipment.
What You’ll Do
Prepare, pack, label, and stage outgoing shipments Create shipping paperwork (bills of lading, packing slips, labels) Schedule pickups with carriers like UPS or FedEx Check product counts and part numbers before shipping Load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents Record shipping/receiving info in our computer system Keep the shipping/receiving area clean and organized Help with inventory counts and cycle counts Communicate with other departments to keep things running smoothly Follow all safety rules and procedures
What You Need
High school diploma or GED 3–5 years in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving job (beverage/manufacturing preferred) Forklift certification or willingness to get one Basic computer skills for email, data entry, and shipping software Able to lift 50 lbs and move kegs up to 160 lbs Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Lots of standing, bending, and lifting Occasional overtime or weekend shifts
