Our firm operates on Saturdays during Tax Season (Jan 15-Apr 15), candidates must be able to work on Saturday's and will receive overtime pay.

The Responsibilities of the position are as follows: Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members. General administrative tasks such as filing, typing and data entry. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Provide information to prospective clients. Written and email correspondence with clients. Keeping reception and all public office spaces tidy. Assist staff with projects and tasks as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a receptionist or similar position is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) Some experience in an accounting environment a plus. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The position is full-time and on-site. No hybrid or remote work is allowed.
