What You’ll Do: Plan daily tasks and guide our maintenance crew like a pro. Create and manage a preventive maintenance plan for all CNC machines. Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Perform hands-on repairs on spindles, ball screws, control systems, and more. Communicate clearly about downtimes, repairs, and production impacts. Work independently on complex maintenance challenges. Tackle machines from brands like Haas, Okuma, and Mori Seiki—vertical, horizontal, and lathe models. Keep parts inventory stocked so we’re never caught without a critical spare. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What You Bring: Solid hands-on CNC maintenance experience in manufacturing. Leadership skills to manage and motivate a technical team. Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting. Experience with vertical & horizontal CNC machines and Fanuc controls. Knowledge of single- and three-phase power (110V, 220V, 480V) is a plus. Safety-first mindset and familiarity with lock-out/tag-out procedures. Comfortable with computers, measurement tools, and following instructions. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
