Warehouse Specialist (Top Secret Clearance required)

NextGen Federal Systems, LLC (NextGen) is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage physical receiving, receipt processing, storage, issuing, shop stores, kitting, excess, packing, and delivery functions for the Department of Justice (DOJ) United States Marshals Service (USMS) Tactical Operations Division (TOD), Office Of Strategic Technology Tactical Communication Program.
Responsibilities:
Directs the shipping and receiving of materials, unloads-loads, compares information on materials with that of receipt documents, and assures material is designated for this facility When applicable, will validate bills of lading, shop stores/Direct Material Inventory (DMI)/Government Furnished Material (GFM) receipts or receipt vouchers to assure all material is received and no damage has occurred prior to clearing the freight bill. Conducts warehousing, selects storage locations, fills bins, racks, pallets or floor spaces to maximize storage space and safe practices. Extracting data from other investigative agencies and databases. Material Handler schedules rotation of stock, re-warehousing, material movement, always ensuring material is located and controlled by document number and quantity. Issues material direct to customer upon receipt and verification of properly completed and approved documentation. Gather information and organize tracking systems. Receive, stow, and issue custody material, accommodation material, stock material, process frustrated material, process excess material, execute shelf life programs, provide kits, manage repairable, and operate shop stores. Verify or prepare documentation manually or by using automated computer equipment. Use USMS tracking system extensively to update or retrieve information required to correctly receipt, store, issue or track material. May be required to work in physical distribution (receiving, excess DLR, or packing). Use a property tracking system extensively to update or retrieve information required to correctly receipt, store, issue, or track government property. Submits daily work reports to include any/all discrepancies in quantities, condition or identification found to the material handler leader or supervisor, thus establishing a viable audit trail and making documentation available for all materials received or processed through the Receiving Section. Verify /perform a variety of other tasks related to receiving, storage, delivery, issue, and movement of material with minimal supervision Qualifications:
Ability to work onsite at the Ledgewood, NJ location. Position requires an active Top Secret security clearance for consideration
