Job Descriptions:
Update and maintain department specific forms
SFS Updates and resets
Various quarterly reports
Reporting and tracking of equipment distribution and maintenance
Meeting minutes and notes
Main telephone line coverage
Monitoring the BO mailbox/distributing contents
Oversee file storage/disposition
Working knowledge of office equipment
Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
