Position Overview:

Supply Chain Planning Manager CSI is currently seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for aligning supply and demand across CSI’s global value chain to enhance efficiency, service levels, and profitability. The successful candidate will lead and manage the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, driving cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. Job Description The Supply Chain Planning Manager leads the monthly SIOP process, integrating demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and financial reconciliation. This role ensures cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, manufacturing, R&D, sourcing and procurement, finance, and distribution to create a unified operational plan that supports strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Demand Planning- Develop, aggregate, and analyze demand data, including forecasts, promotions, and new product launches. The goal is to establish a 24-month unconstrained demand plan by manufacturing strategies, account types, global locations, and supplier bases. Supply Planning- Coordinate with CSI-owned and third-party contract manufacturing partners to align capacity with demand. The goal is to develop a 24-month supply plan and a 3–6 month purchasing/production plan. Inventory Optimization- Create models to optimize safety stock levels while maintaining service levels across manufacturing strategies, account types, global locations, and supplier bases. Financial Reconciliation- Ensure the operational demand plan aligns with the financial targets of the business by bridging the gap between unit-based forecasts and expected revenue. This alignment enables informed decision-making and efficient resource allocation. SIOP Facilitation- Lead monthly SIOP meetings - including demand review, supply review, MBR, and QBR - to ensure alignment across departments and the CSI value chain. Data Analysis & Reporting- Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and OTIF; identify trends and communicate changes. Cross-functional Collaboration- Engage stakeholders across departments, business partners to ensure buy-in and consensus. Process Improvement- Implement planning tools and systems to enhance forecasting and planning capabilities. Strategic Integration- Support initiatives such as network optimization, new business integration, and product launches. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). APICS CPIM certification is highly preferred. Experience: 7+ years in supply chain, demand planning, SIOP/IBP or operations management. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication in English and facilitation skills Proficiency in planning and analytical software (e.g., NetSuite, Kinaxis, AI/ML tools) Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting techniques Additional Information Six Sigma Lean or other process improvement training preferred but nor required

Location and Employee Type: This is a full-time, exempt position based in Charlotte, NC. Travel: Up to 15% domestic and international travel may be required.
