It is high-touch and fast-paced, requiring close coordination with multiple stakeholders and vendor engagement for construction and non-construction activities. While we work in tandem with Space Planning on many aspects, our team is responsible for managing the overall project schedule — which includes both construction and non-construction deliverables. This is a necessary piece as it will be a determining success factor as a PM for our team. Pay Range:

$80K-$140K Position:

Project Manager Schedule:

Requires on-site presence five days a week. Flexibility is essential. Responsibilities Manage non-technical projects such as office TI’s, department furniture configurations, branding (paint, window frosting, room signage), and outdoor amenities projects. Manage the bid process for projects over $100K and RFP processes when applicable. Submit Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs), Statements of Work (SOWs) through Legal, and Purchase Orders (POs). Forecast and maintain accurate project budgets. Manage vendor relationships, including prompt invoicing to reduce accruals. Oversee post-construction readiness, including system, office, conference room, and soft seating furniture installation, coordinating with high/low voltage teams. Implement and adhere to our Design Standards. Manage asset lists for Finance and coordinate space walk and turnover to Facilities. Conduct project team meetings to manage scheduling, tasks, and meeting minutes with Facilities, GIS, EH&S, Security, Space Planning, and Project Delivery teams. Order ancillary supplies such as trash and recycle cans, rugs, bathroom racks, and signage. Coordinate with the furniture team for final touches like conference room markers and sanitizers. Tenant Improvement (TI) Fit-Up Projects:

Understand the full lifecycle of a TI project, including post-construction tasks to prepare a space for occupancy. Select medical plans, dental, and vision plans. Manage paid time off and IRA plans with employer contributions. Our organizational culture emphasizes transparency, honest communication, prescribed processes, and personal responsibility.
