In Wealth Cash Solutions Personal Cards, we are embarking on a multi-year journey to improve our debit card program – including enhancing our ability to service customers over our live channels, improving the digital experiences (web and mobile), and optimizing our vendor partnership structure. A significant component of this initiative is to oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all products. The team is searching for an operations manager that can oversee the future state operating model. Analyze all reporting capabilities and draft strategy to leverage modern on demand reporting. Management of Operations Playbook to ensure controls for handling day-to-day business operations are being met. This includes P&P’s around daily reports including settlement, unreconciled charges, inventory levels, misc. fees, etc. Document business requirements of product control settings on processor platform. Act as liaison between Treasury accounting.Help reconcile accounting breaks. Help drive reconciliation of issue resolution including reporting, chargeback status, exception items that impact settlement, or interchange reconciliation. Lead/manage monthly business processes such as revenue/expense reviews, fraud and unusual charges review and tracking. Identify any discrepancies to escalate and correct through the proper channels. Define processes/KPI standards to oversee/manage day-to-day operations across all products, engaging with Fidelity’s current program management. Establish standards for exceptions reporting/processing and management of settlement & reconciliation. Handle daily exceptions reporting and processing. Assist with escalated issues, questions and be a source of leadership to debit operations managers. Work alongside legal and compliance teams to ensure the debit card products comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, with strong preference for prior work experience involving debit or credit card operations at a bank or asset manager. Proven track record of managing business operations and day to day processes. Strong understanding of debit or credit card products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
