Indiana University Health Care Associates, Inc. d/b/a IU Health Medical Group seeks a Family and Sports Medicine Physician in Bloomington, Indiana. This physician will deliver Primary Care Sports Medicine and Family Medicine Services to adult and pediatric patients through the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases, ailments, and disabilities with no restrictions or limitations. This position is based in Bloomington, Indiana with travel between two local clinics both in Bloomington required. All travel is local between the two clinics as dictated by patient demand, no overnights. Requirements: (BC/BE) in Family Medicine, (BC/BE) in Sports Medicine Completion of a Medical Fellowship in Sports Medicine Completion of a Medical Residency in Family Medicine Eligibility for or possession of a valid Indiana medical license Medical Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.); Foreign equivalent accepted Bloomington, Indiana is a progressive college town with the perfect blend of charm and culture.
