This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist looking to make a difference in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative outpatient clinic in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence in evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities, injuries, and disorders. You'll play a key role in restoring function and improving patients' quality of life through individualized treatment programs. Key Responsibilities: •Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans in accordance with physician prescriptions. •Implement therapeutic interventions for physical disabilities, injuries, and functional limitations. •Document patient progress accurately and maintain medical records. •Participate in program development, staff meetings, and department committees. •Engage in community education and promote wellness initiatives. •Provide clinical instruction as part of affiliated education programs. •Adhere to clinic policies and professional standards of care. Required Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Required). •Valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin. •Current BLS and/or CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire. •Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team. •Ability to read, write, hear, speak, and comprehend the English language.
