About the Role
We're hiring a Head of Growth to own and scale the growth engine at Pump. This is a founding go-to-market leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You'll lead the growth function across performance marketing, demand generation, content, and product-led acquisition-with full budget ownership and the ability to scale your team.
The Head of Growth will manage both the GTM and Paid Ads teams-including direct oversight of the Demand Gen Lead, who reports into this role. You'll also own a $100K monthly paid media budget, with autonomy to allocate across channels and optimize for results.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a fast-paced, product-led environment-developing scalable acquisition strategies and building high-performing funnels. You're a performance-driven operator who can think strategically, execute quickly, and build high-converting funnels for both technical (DevOps, FinOps) and non-technical (CFOs, procurement) buyers.

Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a full-funnel growth strategy-from awareness to pipeline to revenue
- Manage the current GTM team (focused on performance + content), including oversight of paid ads, with the opportunity to expand the team as we scale
- Scale paid acquisition channels across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and SEO
- Build a content engine across formats: long-form, carousels, memes, short-form video, founder-led content
- Craft and evolve positioning/messaging that speaks to multiple personas (technical + financial)
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Founders to align on pipeline goals, messaging, and customer lifecycle
- Own and optimize growth KPIs: CAC, traffic, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates
- Run channel experiments, A/B tests, and rapid iterations to continuously improve performance
- Bridge marketing and sales with a PLG-aware, sales-assisted strategy
- 5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth , ideally at a product-led company
- Proven experience scaling ARR from $20M to $100M+ or similar hypergrowth trajectory
- Deep hands-on experience with performance marketing, demand gen, and paid acquisition
- Operator mindset-you know when to zoom out and when to dive into the weeds
- Excellent communicator and storyteller who can turn complexity into clarity
- Familiarity with devtools, FinOps, or cloud infrastructure is a plus
