Job Description

Process Development & Optimization

n
    n
  • n

    Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for HVAC components and systems.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Develop and update work instructions, work sequence cards, and process documentation.

    n
  • n
n

Project Management

n
    n
  • n

    Lead or support capital projects, equipment installation, acquisition, and production line modifications.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design Engineering, Quality, Assembly) for product launches, engineering changes to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.

  • n

    Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for projects.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Lead projects to improve cost, quality, delivery and safety of manufacturing processes

  • n

Continuous Improvement

n
    n
  • n

    Drive cost reduction, cycle time improvements, and throughput enhancements.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Analyze production metrics and root cause manufacturing issues to implement corrective actions.

  • n
  • n

    Conduct time studies, line balancing, and ergonomic assessments.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Develop and maintain manufacturing strategies for equipment, workplace layouts, labor and material flow to meet strategic goals.

  • n

    Develop new or improving existing manufacturing processes in areas such as: Assembly, Sheet-metal, Cooper depot, E-box.

Quality & Compliance

    n

    Ensure manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

  • n
  • n

    Partner with Quality Assurance to resolve non-conformances and implement robust control plans.

  • n
  • n

    Support audits and compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.

  • n
n

Technical Support

n
    n
  • n

    Provide hands-on support to production teams to resolve technical and operational issues.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Evaluate and recommend tooling, fixtures, and equipment upgrades.

  • n
n

SKILLS:

    Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.

  • n

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning.

Qualifications

n
    n
  • n

    BS degree in an Engineering field.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a senior or leadership position.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards.

  • n
