Your Responsibilities
* Utilize our proprietary platform along with your network to source potential healthcare candidates
* Reach out to interested individuals, introducing them to opportunities with MLR and evaluating their interest level
* Schedule appointments for candidates with our recruiters for more in-depth screenings
* Regulate follow-ups with leads to cultivate interest and assist throughout the hiring process
* Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
* Receive commission on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires originating from your leads
Qualifications for Success
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* An assertive and self-starter approach - you dictate your schedule, not the other way around

* Previous recruiting experience is not necessary - if you are organized and resourceful, we're here to teach you everything else
Your Earning Potential
