Position: Senior Producer, Production
Must-Haves:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Producer or Production Manager in one or more of the following:
Most preferred: Promotions production experience for television, cable, or digital networks
Television, digital, music video, or commercial content production
Proven track record leading large-scale, high-budget shoots ($300K-$1M+).
Strong knowledge of TV, new media, and commercial guild/union agreements.
Familiarity with minor work guidelines and labor laws.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage varied personalities and communication styles.
Professional, service-oriented mindset ("customer is always right" mentality).
Basic budgeting and vendor negotiation experience.
Role Overview:
The Senior Producer will manage creative marketing production shoots from concept through delivery, ensuring projects meet creative expectations, budget parameters, and legal/union requirements. This role acts as the central point of communication between internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and production companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end production for assigned projects, primarily $300K+ in scope.
Oversee all phases: pre-production planning, production, and delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams including Show Production, Photo, Creative, Design, Finance, and Legal.
Analyze vendor budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Directly guide and assign tasks to Production Coordinators, setting timelines and priorities.
Manage and track above/below-the-line labor and production costs.
Ensure compliance with company protocols regarding insurance, rights/clearances, guild and union rules, labor regulations, and risk management.
