Who We’re Looking For:
Contingent Workforce VMS Consultant for VNDLY Vendor Management System.
c2c candidates not being considered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for VNDLY Vendor Management System
- Manage and solve for tickets related to business processes in VNDLY
- Maintain structure of VNDLY
- Perform data analysis to understand changes needed to update system
- Research and resolve complex issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain current documentation, identify and develop process improvements, and take ownership of workflows and procedures.
- Problem solve system issues in VNDLY around onboarding processes, contractor maintenance and offboarding
Qualifications:
- Ability to build reports based on business requirements and collaboration with internal stakeholders
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
- Independent, self-driven work ethic with flexibility to adapt to changing needs
- Confident navigating business systems and learning new technologies.
- High level attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position starts at $42. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
