Duration : 15+ Months (With a high possibility for extension)
Pay Range: $54/hr - $56/hour on W2 without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the deployment of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) across the client's Inclusive Collection portfolio. You’ll plan, coordinate, and execute system rollouts, working closely with hotel leadership, vendors, and corporate teams to ensure smooth training, onboarding, and go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple hotel implementation projects from planning to go-live.
- Coordinate training schedules, vendor resources, and onboarding activities.
- Partner with hotel and regional leaders to align timelines and expectations.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure deployment standards.
- Manage project tools, training materials, and team workloads.
Requirements
- 4+ years in hotel operations & management.
- Experience with systems like- Opera Cloud, CRS, Sales & Revenue.
- Proven project management experience with multi-wave rollouts.
- Experience across multiple hotels, locations, or brands.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones.
- Preferred : English & Spanish fluency.
- Degree or equivalent hotel management experience.
