Ironcore Construction LLC
Position Overview:
Ironcore Construction LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Construction Superintendent to support the execution of a multifamily residential project in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily construction, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Conduct daily site walks to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications.
- Maintain accurate field documentation including RFIs, daily reports, and progress photos.
- Support the resolution of field issues and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control procedures are followed and assist in punch list completion.
- Represent Ironcore Construction professionally with clients, inspectors, and the public.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in multifamily projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site full-time.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience.
