Position: Maintenance Mechanic (Electrical/HVAC/Troubleshooting/Machinery Repair)

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr (Higher pay available based on experience)
Position: Temp-to-hire
Hiring timeline: Immediate start
Schedule:
- Training Shift: About a week | 6 AM – 3:30 PM | 40 hours/week
- Core Shift: Mon-Fri | 10:00 AM – 7 PM | 40 hours/week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support our manufacturing plant by maintaining and repairing production machinery and facility equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical work, HVAC systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
This role is crucial to keeping operations running efficiently. Candidates must speak some English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose problems with machinery and perform timely repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
- Install and assemble new machinery and equipment
- Disassemble equipment for repair and reassemble once complete
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using tools or machining equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repairs
- Follow all workplace safety standards and procedures
- May assist in training other maintenance staff
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical repairs, troubleshooting
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Must be willing to train on 1st shift
