This is a full-time opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment where your skills and contributions are truly valued.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene carePerform periodontal charting, scaling and root planing, and administer Arestin as neededEducate patients on oral hygiene, fluoride treatments (FL2), and overall dental healthUtilize Velscope for oral cancer screeningsMaintain accurate patient records and charting using Dentrix (experience preferred)Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient careSupport a positive and efficient workflow throughout the officeQualificationsActive South Carolina Dental Hygiene LicenseMinimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads with the right attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply!)Familiarity with Dentrix and iTero is a plusExperience with periodontal therapy, Arestin, fluoride treatments, and VelscopeStrong communication and patient education skillsTeam-oriented, adaptable, and open to feedbackAbout Dental Care on East MainAt Dental Care on East Main, we're a goal-oriented practice focused on rebuilding and growing with intention.
