Key Responsibilities
• Serve as first point of contact for business requests.
• Monitor and alert critical trading system environments.
• Implement releases and conduct post-release testing.
• Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Identify and resolve problem hotspots proactively.
• Develop tools for efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
• Experience leading technical change meetings.
• Proficiency in report generation using presentation tools.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.
• Adherence to change management procedures.
• Independent motivation and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills in high-pressure environments.
