POSITION SUMMARY The H2A Visa Program Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties that support people-first initiatives. This position supports our agricultural division and manages our H2A Visa program plus a broad spectrum of HR functions including onboarding and offboarding, employee training, metrics tracking and reporting, and compliance on federal, state, and local levels. The H2A Visa Program Manager collaborates closely with teams across the organization to proactively address workforce needs, foster coaching and development, and implement solutions that contribute to both individual and company-wide success. This role serves as a resource for employees at all levels, fostering a positive work environment through consistent support and responsiveness. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate, manage and monitor all stages of the H2A Visa Program Serve as primary contact between the organization, consulting partners, legal counsel and government agencies responsible for H2 Visa programs Prepare, submit and track H2A visa applications, adhere to deadlines, manage contract renewals and critical employee documentation, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of H2A regulations and compliance best practices Coordinate arrival logistics, onboarding, orientation, offboarding and departure logistics Respond to government audits, investigations and requests for information related to the H2A program Administer various human resources programs, processes and systems Responsible for HR related changes in HRIS Process state/local/federal inquiries and requirements Partner with managers to advise on HR and compliance related situations Recommend and implement new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiencies, benefits, services and company culture Support various audits and inspections with multiple internal teams Other duties as needed QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred; HR and/or labor certification a plus 5+ years of experience in a similar role required; agricultural or manufacturing industry experience preferred Experience managing multiple HR functions simultaneously required Working knowledge of Visa programs, employment law, compliance, and various HR regulations required Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS required; ADP experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish) required Exceptionally organized, detail oriented and an excellent communicator, consistently partnering with internal and external teams to drive outcomes Reliable partner to internal teams, sharing knowledge, solving problems and creating best practices Committed to ethical practices and confidentiality with respect for diversity Able to travel with some overnight travel as needed (10-20%)
