is seeking a reliable and skilled
Radiology Tech
to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in support of patient diagnosis and treatment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering safe and high-quality imaging care in collaboration with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities
Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols. Properly position patients and adjust equipment settings for optimal imaging results while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation using PACS and electronic medical records systems. Assist radiologists with fluoroscopic or specialized imaging procedures as needed. Perform routine equipment checks, maintenance, and promptly report malfunctions to appropriate personnel. Provide clear communication and support to patients throughout the imaging process. Qualifications
Associate's degree
in Radiologic Technology or a related field. ARRT certification
in Radiography (R) required; state licensure as applicable. Minimum 1-2 years of experience
as a Radiology Tech in a clinical or hospital setting preferred. Proficiency in general radiography and portable imaging techniques. Excellent communication, organization, and patient-care skills. Commitment to infection control and regulatory compliance in radiologic practices. Benefits
