Electronics Technician
Service computers and related devices and other electronic equipment such as nurse call systems, telephones, fire alarm panels and detectors, closed circuit televisions and other electronic devices used in the hospital. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year of work experience in related field Substitutable Education & Experience: None. Required Certifications/Licensure: None. Required Training: Working knowledge of electrical systems and electronics Maintains and repairs fire alarm system equipment. Maintains fire alarm system testing documentation. Maintains fire suppression system testing documentation. Maintains and installs video surveillance equipment. Maintains and repairs overhead paging system equipment. Maintains and repairs hospital clock system. Maintains and repairs radio paging system equipment. Maintains and installs televisions and coordinates cable TV installs. Works as required on other electrical systems i.e. controls. Performs other duties as assigned.
