About this Role As the Creative Content Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand's visual identity through high-quality photography and engaging digital content. Your focus will be on shooting and editing high-quality photography, creating compelling social media content, and supporting digital marketing campaigns. If you have a passion for photography, an eye for detail, and love staying ahead of social media trends, this role is for you! Your Time Will Be Spent: Photography & Editing – Planning, shooting, and editing photography for marketing campaigns. Social Media Content Creation – Crafting engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Marketing Campaigns – Creating and executing visual assets for email, SMS, and social media promotions. Trend Research – Keeping up with the latest social media, photography, and marketing trends to enhance content strategy. Basic Graphic Design – Using Canva to develop eye-catching graphics for digital use (no advanced graphic design required). Copywriting Support – Assisting with social media captions, blog posts, and marketing emails when needed. Key Qualifications for Success Strong photography and photo editing skills, with experience in model and flat lay photography. Ability to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality images and video content, including reels, for digital marketing and social media. Deep understanding of social media trends and content creation strategies. Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics, brand voice, and visual storytelling. Ability to maintain and elevate brand voice across all visual content, ensuring consistency in messaging and imagery. Highly organized with excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and content development. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills & Experience Proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop for editing and retouching. Familiarity with Canva for basic design work (no advanced graphic design required). Experience posting and managing content on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Ability to create and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns (experience with Brevo is a plus). Strong research skills to stay up-to-date on social media and marketing trends. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, photography, or a related field. Preferred: Experience with WordPress for basic website updates and Figma for design collaboration.
