Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead their financial operations. The organization is a prominent $90M 501(c)(3) with a strong balance sheet and diverse business lines. With plans for significant growth and a recent implementation of a new software system, this is a unique opportunity to drive financial strategy and innovation within a well-respected organization.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location:
Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Salary:
$275,000 - $300,000 base salary, plus bonus, plus deferred comp
Key Responsibilities: Lead all financial matters, including reporting, budgeting, accounting, and planning across the organization and its subsidiaries. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals. Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies. Manage a dedicated team of four, including a recently placed Controller. Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and leadership team. Serve as liaison to the board of directors and various committees, engaging in strategic planning and financial oversight. Optimize banking relationships and financial strategies to enhance cash positions and manage organizational risk. Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering a dynamic and effective team environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience and track record in a senior financial role (VP, CFO, etc.) Manufacturing industry experience with strong knowledge of margin analysis and business process segmentation, highly preferred Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in or near Richmond, VA, with potential relocation support. Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to working with executive teams and Boards. Experience with financial systems, particularly Microsoft Business Central, is a plus.
