As a Business Continuity Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity and resilience of our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business continuity plans and strategies, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating recovery efforts. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. It also requires effective working and management skills under pressure. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain an up-to-date business continuity program, including policies, procedures, and plans, in alignment with industry best practices, ISO 22301 standard and regulatory requirements. • Work with the Business Continuity Specialist to conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's operations, systems, and infrastructure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical business functions and systems. • Coordinate and facilitate regular training and awareness programs with our facilities, sites and offices to enhance the organization's preparedness and response capabilities. • Coordinate with communications team to establish and maintain effective communication channels and protocols to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information during a crisis or disruption. • Conduct regular exercises and simulations to assess the effectiveness of business continuity plans and identify areas for improvement. • Monitor and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to business continuity management, and make recommendations for enhancements to the program as necessary. • Serve as a point of contact internal and external stakeholders to communication about our Business Continuity Program • Develop Sub-tier strategy(s) for monitoring direct suppliers and sub-tier BCPs on an annual basis aligned to ISO 22318 Guidelines • Lead the response and recovery efforts with identified crisis management teams during incidents, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to minimize the impact on the organization's operations and reputation. • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership on the status of the business continuity program

Required skills Key skills include strong knowledge of business continuity management principles and best practices, analytical and problem-solving abilities, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in business continuity management software is also beneficial.

Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. 2. Professional certifications in business continuity management, such as CBCP or MBCI are highly desirable. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity management or a related field, with a proven track record of success. 4. Experience in developing and implementing business continuity plans and strategies within a complex organizational structure. 5. Strong knowledge of industry standards and frameworks, such as ISO 22301 or NIST SP 800-34 6. Experience in conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses. 7. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to business continuity management. 8. Experience in leading and facilitating crisis management exercises and simulations. 9. Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. 10. Strong knowledge of technology systems and infrastructure, with the ability to assess their vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate controls. 11.
