You will program manage and own execution of our events, focusing on supporting our go-to-market goals, delivering measurable results, and up-leveling our presence at conferences, community meetups, and hosted gatherings. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will directly contribute to our growth by driving pipeline, building brand awareness, and fostering relationships with the AI community. This position is ideal for an experienced professional looking to make a significant impact through strong program management and execution.

Strategize and Execute:
Partner with Growth and Demand Generation to design and execute a winning event and field marketing strategy across conferences, community meetups, and hosted gatherings. Drive Pipeline:
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute field campaigns that drive engagement and new opportunities. This includes managing targeted promotional strategies, developing social post copy, pre/post sales motions, and lead enrichment projects with external contractors. Manage Events End-to-End:
Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, from speaker placements and booth design to coordinating with internal teams like Developer Relations and Product. Curate Experiences:
Create and deliver high-touch experiences such as executive dinners, workshops, and technical roundtables to deepen engagement with key accounts. Oversee Operations:
Oversee all event operations, including vendor relationships, logistics, and budget management. You'll also be responsible for key tools like Zoom, Upwork, and Luma, and managing our swag inventory. Measure and Optimize:
Set up campaigns and optimize results in our marketing platforms. You will track and analyze event performance, using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage event-related campaigns, monitor key metrics (e.g., sourced pipeline), and continuously improve performance. What We’re Looking For
Events Experience:
Experience leading or running field marketing or event programs, ideally in a B2B SaaS, developer-facing, or AI/ML-focused company. Organizational & Project Management:
Exceptional organizational and project management skills. You are meticulous and sweat the details, from managing calendar holds with specific join links for panelists to ensuring accurate attendee tagging in Luma. You can deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. Results-Oriented:

Comfortable wearing multiple hats and jumping in where needed—whether that’s coordinating logistics, managing last-minute changes, or pitching in on creative tasks. The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 to $140,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support. While we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person.
