Join Aprio's Technology Advisory team to help clients maximize their opportunities. We are a progressive, fast-growing firm seeking a Unanet, Senior Manager to join our dynamic team.

This is an incredible opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded individuals to contribute to a rapidly expanding GovCon-centric practice. Collaborate with our existing teams specializing in Unanet, NetSuite, Sage, Acumatica, and Deltek, among others.

Position Responsibilities:

Practice Management & Delivery

Lead implementations for Unanet GovCon ERP

Advise teammates on best practices, lead by example, and educate others on the Unanet product

Grow the Unanet team to enhance our ability to qualify and pursue business development opportunities

Provide constructive feedback and effective support to the practice team

Maintain Unanet partner relationships at the executive level

Assist leadership in setting budget and revenue goals for cross-sales and client introductions

Communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively with target audiences

Proactively seek information, challenge norms, and drive efficiency

Maintain a thorough understanding of project status, actions, risks, and drive resolutions

Go-to-Market

Assist leadership in defining and refining go-to-market strategies and solutions, including packaging offerings with other services like GovCon compliance

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement tailored solutions

Lead webinars and digital campaigns to attract new clients

Create Learning and Development training materials to educate staff and support the practice

Administrative

Participate in internal meetings, presentations, reporting, and initiatives

Adhere to Aprio’s established processes and procedures

Perform operational and firm initiative tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

8+ years’ experience in accounting, operations, customer success, and management of technology systems, especially ERP

Experience implementing ERP systems; Unanet experience is highly preferred

High attention to detail and ability to manage a broad client portfolio

Management experience of a business unit and team members is preferred

Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous

Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 annually. Actual salary may vary based on experience and circumstances.
