We're seeking a hands-on Manager to oversee our Office Services team and ensure a seamless experience for all employees. In this key role, you'll lead a team of service professionals, manage day-to-day office operations, and help create a welcoming, polished workplace environment. Shift :

What You'll Do Team Leadership & Daily Operations Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Office Services Associates Delegate responsibilities, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain service quality Foster a collaborative, positive team culture Provide coaching and conduct performance reviews Office Experience Management Ensure all common areas, conference rooms, and shared spaces are clean, organized, and well-stocked Coordinate with janitorial and maintenance teams to address facility needs Streamline systems for document storage, mail, and inventory management Exceptional Client Service Be the go-to contact for any office service needs or concerns Proactively identify and resolve service issues Consistently deliver a white-glove experience to all employees Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Review contracts and service agreements for effectiveness and value Evaluate vendor performance regularly and resolve service issues Support Meetings & Events Help coordinate logistics for internal events, meetings, and conferences Arrange room setup, A / V needs, and catering Ensure smooth day-of execution for all office-hosted events Participate in ongoing training (including through our Cornerstone platform) to grow in your role and support team development What You Bring 2–3 years in a leadership or office operations role Excellent people skills—able to build rapport and manage both team and client relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Comfortable with multitasking and changing priorities Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor Why Join Us?
