The Acquisition Security Analyst will assist the Government Program Manager with developing and implementing comprehensive program protection methodologies to safeguard advanced technology programs throughout their lifecycle. Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Conduct in-depth lifecycle program analysis to identify critical program information (CPI), Critical System Resources (CSR), and their vulnerabilities. Assist with identifying and implementing countermeasures. Develop and implement a risk-managed program protection plan and strategy. Provide technical advice and security support to collateral and SAP programs and emerging mission areas. Offer security guidance to the GSSO and PM regarding the Air Force acquisition and sustainment processes. Provide specific guidance related to contract security requirements, considering cost, feasibility, and appropriateness. Maintain relationships with the Program Manager, Contracting Officer, and contractor security officers to ensure standardized and correct procedures for DD Form 254 efforts throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Support customer program protection/security officers in developing, executing, and implementing Program Protection Planning (PPP). Assess threats and risks, develop risk management actions, and implement long-term courses of action. Assist in developing and writing security documents such as OPSEC plans, transition plans, emergency action plans, transportation plans, etc. Review program documentation for public release, ensuring CUI markings, classifications, and distribution statements comply with Air Force doctrine. Analyze foreign intelligence threats against programs involving critical research or technologies. Produce analytical products using various resources and databases for real-time, tailored insights. Provide classification guidance and assistance across all security programs, including collateral and SAP. Analyze Counterintelligence reports and prepare summaries of activities impacting customer resources. Draft, review, and edit security documentation such as SCGs, ECPs, MAPs, SOPs, and STPs. Support government system security engineers with SAP close-out actions as needed. Develop and deliver quarterly and annual security training for personnel. Provide technical analysis and OPSEC support to SAF / AAZ and SAF / AQ programs and related operations. Requirements : 10 to 12 years of related experience. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent (4 years) experience. At least 2 years of direct Special Access Program experience. Security Requirements : Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility. Eligibility for access to SAPs. Willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence Polygraph. Skills : Familiarity with security policies, manuals, DCIDs, JAFANs, and related policies. Extensive knowledge of the DD Form 254 and its role in the Air Force acquisition process. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with DOD personnel and industry partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). High level of originality, creativity, and initiative with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility, including both air and ground transportation. Physical Requirements :
