IPAM Network Administrator
to join a dynamic and innovative team within a leading federal agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive impactful change in the IP Address Management (IPAM) space while working with cutting-edge network infrastructure and automation technologies. Job Title: IPAM Network Administrator Location:
Baltimore, MD (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Work Authorization:
U.S. Citizens only Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end IPAM strategy and execution aligned with larger IT/networking goals. Champion IPAM designs based on customer and business needs. Automate and standardize IPAM processes, supporting rapid issue recovery and service restoration. Conduct proactive reviews and enhancements to customer environments using data-driven insights. Manage vendor relationships, addressing service-level concerns and influencing product enhancements. Serve as the senior technical lead for complex issue resolution and long-term solution planning. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams during critical incidents and system outages. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience, Masters with 3+ years, or 9+ years of relevant experience without a degree. Minimum

Python scripting
and using
Infoblox API . Minimum
5 years
of
System Administration
experience across
vCenter ,
Unix/Linux , and
Windows
environments. Minimum

of experience using
SQL
for database tasks. Minimum
5 years
in DNS/IP topology administration, engineering, or architecture. Strong knowledge of
DNS, DHCP, SNMP, TACACS, and RADIUS
protocols. Experience with
IPv4 subnetting ,
VLANs , and
SNMP-based network discovery . Familiarity with
network monitoring and performance management tools . Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience writing Python scripts and using
Regular Expressions . Experience with
Agile methodologies , backlog grooming, and working with product owners. Ability to use
data analytics
