Providing impeccable customer service Preparing, analyzing, and submitting customs documentation Resolving issues that could delay freight release or movement Maintaining relationships with brokers and service providers Handling banking and letter of credit problems Advising customers on payment terms and resolving billing issues Completing accurate data input and performing root cause analysis Managing post-entry activities and verifying entries Accessing client systems and communicating with partners Producing operational reports and maintaining knowledge of FedEx services Supporting account management activities Minimum qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED 12 months of brokerage or transportation experience or customer service experience Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle high volume, time-sensitive work independently Knowledge of HTS classification, U.S. Customs regulations, and federal requirements Additional details:
This is an in-office role located in East Boston, MA. The pay range is $15.50 - $24.29 per hour.
