PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $152,300.00-$186,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $118,200.00 - $220,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE As a Senior Agile Coach at BECU, you'll play a hands-on role in empowering teams to adopt and evolve Agile ways of working. You'll coach and mentor Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile teams - and work closely with leaders to build sustainable, high-performing practices. If you're passionate about helping people grow, creating custom learning experiences, and making Agile practical (not theoretical), this is your opportunity to drive real impact across a diverse organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO Coach Across Teams:

Provide day-to-day coaching to multiple teams using Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile practices. Help teams strengthen their delivery and collaboration.

Support Hybrid Environments:

Guide Agile practices within teams working across different delivery models - including

iterative and blended approaches.

Train & Educate:

Build and deliver customized training sessions, workshops, and Agile learning content that meet the evolving needs of teams and leaders.

Promote Practical Agility:

Help teams and departments adopt Agile ways of working that match their context and maturity - no "one-size-fits-all" thinking.

Collaborate with Coaches:

Partner with fellow Agile Coaches to share insights, align coaching approaches, and support enterprise-level initiatives

Support Tools & Techniques:

Provide best practices and hands-on support with Agile tools and methods (e.g., Kanban boards, Scrum events, team health checks).

Encourage Continuous Improvement:

Use facilitation, feedback, and retrospectives to help teams reflect, adapt, and improve how they work together.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/educational experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in Agile environments, including at least 5 years in a dedicated Agile coaching role supporting multiple teams using Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models, with a proven ability to create and deliver Agile training content

Desired Qualifications Advanced degree preferred.

Experience supporting Agile ways of working across both technical and business teams

Familiarity with Agile delivery in regulated industries or highly matrixed environments

Skilled in adapting coaching strategies for teams using

iterative or hybrid models

Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority

Proficient in Agile collaboration tools
