Oversees food safety and nutritional care in the Food and Nutrition Services Department to ensure compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies. Ensures the efficiency of food preparation, considering food safety, nutritional adequacy, and patient care. Responsible for developing and enforcing policies and procedures related to clinical services, food preparation, distribution, purchasing, sanitation, safety, performance improvement, and staff education and development. Qualifications

Education and Work Experience Registered Dietitian (RD) required. Bachelor's Degree in Food & Nutrition or related field, or relevant experience. Two (2) years of experience in nutrition and food service management desirable. Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization, maintained current. Estimated annual compensation ranges from $73,382.40 to $95,201.60, based on factors such as experience, education, and credentials.
