Accounts Admin (AR / Accounts Receivable / 5 Days / East)

• Working hours: 5 Days – 8:30am – 6pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Scope
Record and post customer payments/receipts
Update daily cash book
Send Monthly SOA to customers in the first week of each month
Manage customer relationships, including queries and dispute resolution
Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and disputes
Send weekly AR reports to HQ (Friday) and respective sales staff for review
Distribute and allocate customer funds to various internal stations
Update weekly foreign exchange rates in the in-house system
Handle internal settlements with subsidiary stations
Issue cheques upon request
Arrange bank transfers upon receipt of payment requisitions
Update staff leave records
Arrange delivery of distilled water every Monday
Email GST payment status every Friday
Process staff reimbursement claims
Print timesheets on the 21st of each month
Order supplies such as NTUC groceries, stationery, and warehouse items
Record accrual entries for staff claims
Attend to office and warehouse repair requests
Handle visitor and airport pass applications
Organize company events
Decorate office for festivals
Order uniforms, masks, cups, etc.
Assist with filing and HR support
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Accountancy, or higher
1-3 years relevant work experience
