Job Summary Corporate Aviation Of Counsel Opportunity My client, a prestigious law firm with multiple offices across the U.S., seeks an experienced Corporate Aviation Of Counsel with 10+ years of expertise in high-touch corporate aviation transactions. This role is open to candidates throughout the US. About the Role The firm’s Aviation practice advises on aircraft transactions and litigation for a diverse clientele, including : U.S. and foreign airlines Businesses and high-net-worth individuals Leasing companies, banks, and manufacturing suppliers You will provide counsel on : Aircraft selection, financing, and purchasing Federal, state, and local tax issues Structure, operational matters, and FAA regulations The team handles transactions involving aircraft ranging from small general-aviation planes to large commercial jets, as well as aircraft completion, customization, maintenance, and operational issues.
