We are seeking a talented and driven Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Lemon Law practice. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload, provide expert legal advice, and deliver exceptional client service. Candidates should be able to work independently, possess strong advocacy skills, and have a competitive spirit. Active membership in the CA State Bar, in good standing, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage pre-litigation cases in Lemon Law.
Assess statute of limitations for new matters.
Audit newly signed cases for completeness.
Conduct case analysis and develop strategies.
Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers and dealerships.
Prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements.
Support clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Note:
This role does NOT require bringing in or building your own clients.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California State Bar.
Ability to handle an aggressive caseload.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and defense counsel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competitive and collaborative spirit.
Strong negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
