What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Collaborate with HR and business partners to strategize and execute recruitment plans for engineering talent - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for early career talent programs, including internships and entry-level positions - Analyze and present hiring metrics and outcomes to stakeholders - Enhance employer branding through partnerships with marketing and campus engagement teams - Utilize creative sourcing techniques and university relationships to build a strong talent pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting within a fast-paced corporate environment - Proven experience with campus, entry-level, and/or technical recruitment - Strong project management skills with a focus on process optimization - Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - Experience recruiting technical skill sets, specifically in manufacturing engineering - Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Handshake, Beamery, and Paradox - Experience with on-campus recruiting events and processes - Knowledge of Workday software
