Marketing Supervisor

to join our Santa Monica team. This role oversees daily marketing operations for anime productions, manages a team, develops strategies, and evaluates campaign effectiveness. The position requires leadership, teamwork, a love for anime, design skills, excellent copywriting, and familiarity with digital platforms. Schedule

: The role offers a HYBRID schedule, requiring onsite presence in Santa Monica at least 2 days per week. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the marketing team. Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure brand consistency across all materials. Maintain knowledge of IPs for brand awareness. Manage marketing calendars and schedules. Support SEO and content engagement initiatives. Oversee campaigns across events, digital, print, and social media. Create digital content and support production quality control. Plan and host marketing events, including travel as needed. Analyze campaign performance and report insights. Manage marketing budget efficiently. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices. Foster internal and external relationships for cohesive marketing. Assist with special projects and handle sensitive information with integrity. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in marketing roles. 5+ years in marketing, preferably in entertainment or streaming sectors. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Strong interpersonal, copywriting, presentation, and public speaking skills. Data analysis and decision-making skills. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms. Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus. Knowledge of anime IPs and Japanese-English bilingual skills are preferred.
