What You'll Do As a Senior Partner of Search, you will manage key businesses within one of our largest suppliers. Your consultative approach to sales, search product background, and relationship building will be key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers through bespoke retail media solutions. In this role, you will: Build and manage relationships with executive clients and stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients' business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success. Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives. Conduct data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers. Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to ensure smooth operations. Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams, and agencies. Who You Are You have: A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent professional industry experience. 6 years quota-carrying digital sales experience Expertise in WMC products and Paid Search digital media solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills. A strong ability to propose creative technologies across decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes. A strong track record of negotiation and relationship management. Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment. Executive presence and experience developing content for and leading CMO-level meetings.
