Hybrid work model What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and speed Provide accurate product and service information to clients Utilize CRM systems to ensure rapid and precise issue resolution Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate departments Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Assist with quality control processes Contribute feedback to improve customer experience What We're Looking For Essential: 1-3 years customer service or client support experience Comfortable with high-volume inquiries and ticketing systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk preferred) Preferred: 4-year degree in Biological Sciences or related field Startup environment experience Familiarity with biotech/medtech industry Experience with bioinformatics tools or NGS data analysis This position does not offer visa sponsorship Ready to support the future of scientific research?
