We are seeking a

strategic and hands-on Sr. Manager of Technical Program Management

to lead a dynamic team supporting customer programs through the entire NPI lifecycle—from hardware release to mass production. This leadership role will manage a team of Technical Program Managers while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to deliver mission-critical hardware on time and with high quality. Key Responsibilities: Team & People Leadership Manage and develop a team of

5–7 Program Managers

overseeing complex customer programs and manufacturing build schedules. Indirectly lead a cross-functional extended team of

5–10 personnel

(e.g., NPI Supervisors, Process & Systems Engineers, Test Engineers, Quality, and Planning PMs). Provide mentorship, performance coaching, and career development for Technical program managers. Customer Engagement & Escalation Act as

primary customer interface

for new projects and delivery escalations. Drive cross-functional alignment between internal teams and customers to resolve critical path blockers. Process & Operational Excellence Define and implement

best practices , tools, and templates to scale TPM execution across the organization. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and standardization across builds and product transfers. Program Governance & Execution Oversee scheduling, planning, and execution of customer NPI builds and interval development. Guide Technical Program Managers in:

Bill of Material review and accuracy Coordinating

DFM/DFA reviews

and feedback loops with design teams Managing daily build and delivery status updates internally and externally Ensuring comprehensive

manufacturing process instructions (MPI)

and shop floor readiness Leading test log reviews and driving root cause corrective actions (RCCA) Enabling seamless transition from NPI to mass production

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

in Engineering or related field (advanced degree a plus) 3-5 years of people management

experience leading technical or program management teams 5+ years of program or product management

experience, ideally in hardware, manufacturing, or EMS (electronics manufacturing services) Strong understanding of

NPI, DFM/DFA, manufacturing/test processes , and product lifecycle transitions Proven success in a

customer-facing role

with strong escalation management skills Excellent

cross-functional collaboration

with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Logistics Effective

project management skills ; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with

Microsoft Office , ERP/BOM systems, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence a plus) Salary: $ 163,000K-186,000K+ @ HYVE Solutions
