Job Description We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment at optimal performance. The role requires a proactive individual capable of troubleshooting, repairs, and mentoring team members.

You can work independently, plan repairs following safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
You can assist with scheduled maintenance, including writing and updating work instructions.
You can perform inspections and repairs on systems such as HVAC, gas equipment, vacuum systems, electrical, and building infrastructure.
You can manage medium to large projects, coordinating with contractors, managing parts, and completing projects efficiently.
You can conduct routine inspections, maintain logs, and analyze data to prevent equipment failures.
You can train operators in various job aspects.
You are skilled with hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and machine tools.
You can perform advanced repairs on HVAC, electrical, and control systems.
You are willing to perform miscellaneous duties and maintain a clean work area.
Job Requirements
Completion of an A.S. in air conditioning or a related field, or a minimum of 6 years of equivalent experience.
Successful completion of the company's practical and oral evaluation process.
Compensation:
$27.50 - $31.26
