About The Role Are you skilled at explaining technical concepts? Do you enjoy working with prominent clients to solve complex problems? We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer who loves teaching, problem-solving, and contributing to our biggest customer accounts. You will join a talented team of solutions engineers who enjoy understanding customer challenges, innovating data usage, and simplifying processes. We prioritize serving our users and partners effectively. In this role, you will partner with Account Executives to remove technical and business obstacles, advocate for customer interests internally, and create compelling technical content. You will engage with data engineers, product managers, and marketers, translating technical concepts for various audiences. Your goal is to provide solutions that address customer data strategy and architecture challenges. What We're Looking For 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in enterprise environments Strong discovery and interpersonal skills Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility Experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions Familiarity with Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and APIs Bonus If You Have Experience with Customer Data Platforms The salary range for this position is $190,000-$220,000 OTE (70/30 split) per year, location-independent under our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
