Review financial crime related controls to ensure firm standards are met and risks are addressed. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information for monitoring and assurance reviews of controls and processes. Document, analyze, and communicate outcomes of reviews. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and anomalies. Communicate observations and areas for improvement to stakeholders. Draft detailed investigative reports for management, partners, and regulators. Track and validate completion of corrective action plans. Compile and report metrics to management. Implement periodic reporting and lead presentations to management. Drive strategic projects related to the Monitoring and Assurance Program, including data and automation initiatives. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in a related role, including:
Experience within the financial industry, especially Global Markets, trading, settlement, and reconciliation platforms. Risk analysis and research skills to identify AML regulatory gaps. Interaction with stakeholders across regions and seniority levels. Experience with project management tools like Excel, Gantt charts, JIRA.
One (1) year of experience in financial crime compliance, including:
Experience with case management tools like Service Now. Workflow efficiencies with tooling such as Workflow Studio. Use of data analytics tools like Alteryx.
